  • A 50% deposit secures your spot and start date. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before the site goes live.

  • Every website I build is fully responsive, designed and tested across phones, tablets and desktops, so it looks and works beautifully wherever someone finds you.

  • Absolutely. Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly and every project includes a personalised video tutorial walking you through how to manage your site confidently.

  • Yes. The Lincoln Studio works with clients worldwide. My entire process is remote-friendly and designed to work smoothly across time zones.

  • The Essential includes one round, The Signature and The Shop include two. Additional rounds can be added if you need more time to refine.

  • If you're starting fresh and need a clean, credible presence, The Essential is built for you. If you're established and ready for a fully custom site designed around your brand strategy, that's The Signature.   • Not necessarily. The Signature and The Shop include copywriting guidance and page structure recommendations, so you're never starting from a blank page. The Essential is designed for clients providing their own content.

  • Real photos are always better than stock, even ones taken on your phone. A professional photoshoot is the ideal, since it gives your site real depth and authenticity. If certain shots are missing, I can help fill the gaps with stock photography that fits your brand.
